The company is in the process of being incorporated: the registered office and VAT number will be indicated here as soon as registration is complete. Until then, the contact point for any matter relating to personal data remains the mailbox amministrazione@netspeak.it.

The data we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you write in the contact form on the Contact page. There is no registration, nothing is purchased and there are no user profiles. The only closed page is the restricted area, accessible with a shared password: no personal data is provided to enter it.

We collect nothing else. The only technical data that passes through the site is the cookies described in thecookie policy.
Purposes and legal bases
How and why we process the data
The contact form sends an email to the controller’s mailbox. Messages are not stored in an archive on the site: the enquiry stays in the mailbox, which is the only place where it is kept.

- Security and proper operation of the site legitimate interest of the controller
Providing the data marked as required is necessary to receive a reply: without it the enquiry cannot be handled. The optional fields only serve to frame the described need better.
Recipients
To whom they may be disclosed
The data is not disseminated and is not communicated to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by the technical providers hosting the site and the mailbox, appointed as data processors under Article 28 of the Regulation.
The data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Retention
How long it is kept
The data from the enquiry stays in the mailbox for as long as is necessary to reply and handle the enquiry itself. When it is no longer needed it is deleted.
Rights of the data subject

At any time you can exercise the rights that Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation grant to data subjects.
Access and rectification
You can ask whether we are processing your data, obtain a copy and have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Erasure and restriction
You can request the erasure of data that is no longer needed and the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by law.
Objection and portability
You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive the data you have provided us with in a readable format.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing already carried out. To exercise these rights, write through the Contact.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
