What happens after you send the form
An enquiry does not end up in an automatic price list. This is the path, and every step serves to avoid proposing a configuration that will not hold up.
- Reading the enquiryWe read the sector, the type of plant or building and the objective you have indicated.
- Technical clarificationsWe ask you for the missing information: variables to be measured, remote commands, distances and environmental conditions.
- Assessment of the contextIf needed, we arrange a site survey to see the installation points and check radio propagation.
- Technical proposalWe describe the devices, network architecture, supervision and the limits of the configuration, together with the possible alternatives.
- Implementation and commissioningWe set up the network, bring it into service and check it point by point before leaving it in operation.

For customers with plants in operation the network is constantly monitored by our dedicated web servers: the first action is always to check the status of the devices.

The way we work changes according to the starting point. That is why, when you write to us, it helps to know whether you are starting from scratch or adding something to a network that is already active.

We start from the context: where the points are, how far apart they are, what has to be measured and controlled. The configuration comes from a check of the real installation points.

Questions before writing to us
Do you need a defined project to contact us?
No. In most cases there is initially a need still to be pinned down: a measurement that is missing, an alarm that arrives too late, a command that today requires going on site. Our task is to translate the need into a configuration.
What should I include in the message?
The context, what has to be measured or controlled and the distances involved. If you also know which values, going out of range, should generate an alarm, say so: it is the information that shapes the proposal more than any other.
How will you reply to me?
With technical observations on the case you have described and with the questions that remain. If the application is not suited to a radio network, we will tell you: we prefer a reasoned no to a project that will not hold up.
Do you also work on systems from other suppliers?
Yes. We can integrate what is already installed, if it is compatible with data collection, and we can test third-party devices before installation.
Where can I find information about data processing?
The data you enter in the form is used to answer your enquiry. The details are in theprivacy policy, which you will also find linked to the consent checkbox of the form.
